<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which high-quality phosphor can be provided without highly heating a face plate and in which a desirable image is displayed without the occurrence of moire fringes. <P>SOLUTION: A display device 10 comprises: a panel 6 for displaying an image; and an irradiation unit 3 for irradiating an electron, and displays an image on the panel 6. The display device 10 also comprises a light-emitting substrate 7 that is provided at the irradiation unit 3 side of the panel 6 with a predetermined distance away from the panel 6 and includes a phosphor layer for emitting light by irradiating an electron from the irradiation unit 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
