<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building management system which can eliminate the need for changing an item number and remanufacturing a display as well as an item table and can reduce the number of communication control unit when updating a conventional local controller specified for exclusive communication to an IP communication local controller. <P>SOLUTION: In a building management system, established in a building, having a plurality of local controllers specified for an exclusive communication and a communication control device to control each of the local controller, and when updating a part of or all the local controllers specified for an exclusive communication to IP communication local controllers, the present invention can provide a system comprising: an IP communication control device to replace the existing communication control device and a communication conversion device which is connected to the IP communication control device and converts protocols of the existing local controllers specified for an exclusive communication by communicating therewith to enable the same to communicate as virtual IP communication local controllers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
