PURPOSE: A method for providing a definition selection menu and a broadcasting receiving apparatus are provided to offer a high quality image to the display of the broadcasting receiving apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A network TV displays a resolution selection menu through a screen(S11). The network TV receives a desired resolution from a user input unit(S12). The network TV determines the selected resolution(S13). If the selected resolution value can be offered by a content provider and can be supported by the network TV, the network TV displays an image by the selected resolution through a display unit(S14). |
