摘要 |
PURPOSE: A non-matrix mass analysis method is provided to improve SNR by absorbing or transferring the energy of a laser. CONSTITUTION: A nanowire absorbs the energy of a laser and transfers an absorbed energy. An ion yield, which makes an analysis target material to be desorpted or ionized, heavily depends on the length of a nanowire. The ion yield of the nanowire drastically increases at a length of 200nm to 300nm. The critical laser power of a mono crystal zinc oxide substrate is 1.5 times higher than a 250nm zinc oxide nanowire. The molecular weight of an analysis target material is a small molecular weight of 230 to 750 Daltons.
