PURPOSE: A quadrature-phase signal generator, an operation method thereof, and apparatuses including the same are provided to reduce the consumption of a current using a voltage mode logic. CONSTITUTION: An in-phase signal generation circuit(10) creates a second in-phase signal by detecting edge information of a first in-phase signal in response to one of the rising edge or the descending edge of a clock signal. The in-phase signal generation circuit is formed into a D-flip flop. The second in phase signal is outputted through an output terminal of the D-flip flop. A quadrature-phase signal generating circuit(20) creates a second quadrature-phase signal generating circuit by detecting the edge information of a first quadrature phase signal in response to the other one of the rising edge or the descending edge of the clock signal. The quadrature-phase signal generating circuit is formed into the D-flip flop.
