ELECTRONIC MODULE OF BOTTOMHOLE TELEMETRIC SYSTEM

FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: electronic module of bottomhole telemetric system consists of switchboard, of protective jacket, and of electronics chassis with converters unit mounted on vibro-isolators on both sides and fixed with pins from turning. Between the said chassis there is introduced an additional vibro-insulator. The said vibro-insulators are arranged on set bushes fixed with screws from turning and they are equipped with an up-thrust nuts. Internal surface of the protective jacket in upper and lower sections is made correspondingly with upper and lower slots oriented in one plane. A lower section of the protective jacket is equipped with an end in form of a bush with a screw set in the lower slot and with an element for extracting the protective jacket of the electronic module from the case of the bottomhole telemetric system. An upper part of the protective jacket is connected to the switchboard by means of successively set the nut and the bush with a pin installed in the upper slot. Additionally the chassis with the converters unit is furnished with additional vibro-insulators. ^ EFFECT: reduced detrimental effects of impact and vibration loads on electronic modules of downhole instrument. ^ 4 dwg
