The disclosed vehicle air conditioning device (100) is provided with a blower (1) and heat exchangers (3, 4) in an air passage through which air is sent. The air passage branches downstream of a heat exchanger into a first air passage (6e) and a second air passage (6f, 6g), and is provided with variable guides (41, 42) capable of switching between the first air passage and the second air passage.
