<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ranging/communication composite system capable of processing a ranging function and a communication function integrally with each other. <P>SOLUTION: The ranging/communication composite system 1 includes a transmitting section 2 and a receiving section 3, and has two integrated functions of a ranging function and a communication function. The transmitting section 2 includes a transmitting circuit 4, carrier wave modulating means 5, and a transmitting antenna 6. The receiving section 3 includes a receiving circuit 7, a wave detector 8, a low-noise amplifier (LNA) 9, and a receiving antenna 10. The data modulation performed by the transmitting circuit 4 employs PPM. The receiving circuit 7 is separately provided with a ranging circuit 11 and a communication circuit 12 so as to perform demodulation processing of the ranging and the communication in parallel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
