<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise reliability of a solid electrolytic capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: In order to attain this purpose, the present invention comprises: a substrate 12; a capacitor element laminate 30 on which a plurality of capacitor elements 31 having anodes 32 on one ends, and cathodes 36 and 37 on the other ends, respectively are laminated so as to pile up the anodes 32, the cathodes 36 and 37 on the substrate 12; a metal cap 11 which is arranged on the substrate 12 to cover the capacitor element laminate 30; and an extraction terminal which extracts the anodes 32, and the cathodes 36 and 37 of the plurality of capacitor elements 31 to the outside, respectively, cathode layers 37 of the capacitor elements are joined together by conductive adhesives 40 to constitute a cathode part, at least a part of a side wall outer periphery of the cathode part is covered, and a guide 21 insulated with an anode part is provided. Thus, rise of capacitor ESR, displacement in lamination of elements, poor welding in joining of the metal cap are suppressed to raise the reliability of the capacitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
