PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and an operating method thereof are provided to compensate for image sticking by a frame unit in real time, thereby increasing picture quality. CONSTITUTION: A scan operating unit(20) generates a plurality of scanning signals. A light emitting control operating unit(40) generates a plurality of light emitting control signals. A data operating unit(30) transfers a plurality of data signals. A sensing operating unit(50) generates a plurality of sensing signals. A timing control unit(60) controls the scan operating unit, the sensing operating unit, the light emitting control operating unit, and the data operating unit. An operating transistor supplies an operating current to an organic light emitting diode. A data line transfers a data signal. A first switch includes first and second electrodes. The first electrode is connected to one electrode of the organic light emitting diode. The second electrode is connected to a data line. A second switch comprises first and second electrodes. The first electrode is connected to a data line. The second electrode is connected to the gate electrode of the operating transistor.
