<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine which prevents ability deterioration by reducing flow rate irregularity in each throat. <P>SOLUTION: The turbine 5 includes: a turbine rotor 80; a turbine housing 60 for storing the turbine rotor 80; a plurality of fixed vanes 102 fixed on a curve dividing a scroll part 100 into an inner circumferential scroll part 66 and an outer circumferential scroll part 68; a throat 101 formed between the adjacent fixed vanes 102; and a switching valve 90 for switching the flow passage in the turbine housing 60 into the inner circumferential scroll part 66 or the inner circumferential scroll part 66 and the outer circumferential scroll part 68. With the premise that the flow passage area of the outer circumferential scroll part 68 is A, and the distance from the flow passage center of the outer circumferential scroll part 66 to the rotation center of the turbine rotor 80 is R, the change rate of A/R with respect to the fluid flow direction is formed larger than the change rate of the A/R on the downstream side with respect to the fluid flow direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
