摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a wholly aromatic polyimide resin having good mechanical properties and improved heat resistance, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a polyimide resin that has improved heat resistance and elongation and tenacity in a high temperature range, wherein the method comprises: the solution polymerization of two types of aromatic tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride that are controlled in proportion, and aromatic diamine. While retaining virtually all the characteristics of polyimide, the polyimide manufactured according to the present invention has high heat resistance and improved tenacity and elongation in a high temperature range, such that it can be applied as an important heat resistance material for the semiconductor industry and aerospace field, which require higher levels of heat resistance and excellent mechanical properties.
