<p>The method involves holding and moving a tire carcass (1) to a tire setting drum. A tire bulging unit of the tire carcass is directly positioned on predetermined positions of a side wall. The carcass is guided together with a material packet that comprises running strips and tire strap. The carcass is pressed against the packet in an inner side. The side wall that is provided with a bellow carrier is turned-up for finishing a tire side wall. The tire bulging unit is held via a vertical bulge core-holding segment (9) that is provided with a rubber adhesive surface.</p>
