PURPOSE: A sunlight power conditioning system(PCS) integrated bidirectional battery charge and discharge system and a method thereof are provided to supply battery voltage or solar energy to a system while charging a battery using system voltage and/or the solar energy. CONSTITUTION: A first DC/DC converter(110) converts photovoltaic(PV) voltage from a solar battery(10) into DC voltage. A DC/AC inverter(120) performs system voltage to DC voltage conversion or DC voltage to system voltage conversion according to second DC/DC control. A DC link module(130) stabilizes the DC voltage from the DC/AC inverter and first DC/DC converter. A second DC/DC converter(140) converts voltage in bidirectional ways according to the second DC/DC control. A voltage/current detection part(200) detects DC link voltage of the DC link module.
