<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form a winding body of a strip member having a fixed joint amount without causing uneven thickness and uneven cord array density of the strip member. <P>SOLUTION: The strip member P cut in a fixed dimension is wound around an outer circumferential surface of a molded drum 2 whose diameter D can be freely changed to form a cylindrical wound body. Using a sticking conveyer 3, the strip member P is conveyed at a conveyance speed Vc equal to a peripheral speed Vd of the molded drum 2, and supplied to the lower side of the molded drum 2 and stuck to the drum 2. Before supplying the strip member P, the length Lp of the strip member P is measured on the sticking conveyer 3, and the joint amount J is adjusted by changing the diameter D of the molded drum 2 on the basis of the measured length Lp. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
