<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicle having an antitheft function of verifying among a plurality of control devices through a network, in which verification can be reliably started among control devices even when reduction in a battery voltage occurs, for example, when starting an engine. <P>SOLUTION: One control device detecting reduction in a battery voltage includes a means for transmitting a verification starting signal to other control devices and a means for starting verification with other control devices, while other control devices start verification when receiving the verification start signal. Since the control device receiving the verification start signal starts verification when the battery voltage is lower than a first specified value, the verification can be limited to the condition of a reduced battery voltage by driving a starter, which inhibits verification in unintended timing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
