COOKING UTENSILS OF SUPERHEATED STEAM OCCURRENCE EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A cooking utensils of superheated steam generating device is provided to simplify the structure of entire facility unit and generate the superheated steam by generating the superheated steam through the double heating. CONSTITUTION: A cooking utensils of superheated steam generating device comprises a first heating tank(10), a second heating tank(20) and a water level sensing container(30). The first heating tank connects a liquid supplying pipe(11) in order to flow in the condensed liquid after using a cooking utensil. The first heating tank forms a first passage(14) connecting the liquid supplying pipe and transferring the liquid. The first heating tank installs an electric heater(40) in the void inside. The electric heater firstly heats the liquid of the first flow passage and changes into the steam vapor of the high temperature. The second heating tank is parallely installed on the top of the first heating tank. The second heating tank forms a second passage(23) in a wall in order to transfer the steam vapor transformed in the first passage. The second heating tank installs a steam supplying pipe(21) in the top in order to transfer the steam vapor of the superheated steam to the cooking utensils. The water level sensing container respectively connects the void inside of the second heating tank and first passage.
