<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superfine bubble generator which can perform generation of superfine bubbles and electrolysis with a single device. <P>SOLUTION: The superfine bubble generator 1 includes a flow pipe 2 for allowing a liquid having electrical conductivity to flow therethrough, bubble generating media 3A, 3B installed in the middle of the flow pipe 2, and compressors 5, 5 for forcibly feeding a gas to the bubble generating media 3A, 3B.
