<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad holder, easily fitting an absorbent pad used together to a wearer's crotch part, and having excellent attachable/detachable performance and an excellent wearing feeling when being worn. <P>SOLUTION: This pad holder 1 includes: a waist opening part 5; leg opening parts 6 and a crotch part 4, and the pad holder is worn with the absorbent pad 7 disposed at the crotch part 4. The pad holder 1 has extensibility in the vertical direction (Y-direction) and expandable and contractible property in the width direction (X-direction). The pad holder 1 is provided with a width extension restraining part 21 capable of restraining the X-direction extensibility that extends in the width-direction central area 2C of a lower abdomen area 2D of a back corsage 2. The pad holder 1 is provided with a center extension restraining part 22 for restraining the extension in the Y-direction that extends from a width extension restraining part 21 along the center line CL.
