<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a power transmission element in a manner that it has an excellent performance characteristic in a long service period while being manufacturable easily and inexpensively. <P>SOLUTION: An annular projection (4) has an outer peripheral surface (10) densely enclosed by the inner peripheral surface (11) of a hub (2). Contact faces (6, 7) are adjoined and pressure-contacted each other in an axial direction by a fastening bolt (1) during prescribed use of the power transmission element. Power transmission in the circumferential direction (12) in the power transmission element mounted to a rotating shaft (9) is performed only by means of the contact faces (6, 7) which are adjoined and pressure-contacted each other in the axial direction by the fastening bolt (1) through stress fitting and with rotation resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
