PCR TEST METHOD FOR ELIMINATING FALSE-NEGATIVE, AND PRIMER USED IN THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PCR test system that surely detects microbes by a PCR method without performing false-negative determination when the microbes are mixed in products or the like.

SOLUTION: This microbe detection method includes a step of performing a PCR reaction by using a first primer pair and a second primer pair. The first primer pair amplifies the target gene sequence of microbes that might be present in a sample. The second primer pair amplifies the positive control gene sequence in the sample. The method is configured such that the detection sensitivity of the target gene and that of the positive control gene in the PCR reaction are equivalent to each other.
