<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing polyurethane porous body showing smaller shrinkage ratio during a drying step, wherein a planned product can be stably manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: a step of mixing a mixture containing a polyurethane resin, a solvent and calcium chloride anhydrous with a liquid mixture to obtain a mixed composition, wherein in the liquid mixture, the weight ratio of water to the solvent equals the ratio of 10 to 90, to that of 75 to 25; a step of molding the mixed composition; a step of solidifying the resultant compact; and a step of performing aqueous extraction of the calcium chloride anhydrous from the solidified compact to remove the calcium chloride anhydrous and drying the resultant compact. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
