<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing stably a resin composition capable of using waste gypsum powder, when blending a large amount of the waste gypsum powder obtained by crushing a gypsum board waste material, into a thermoplastic resin, to be fusion-kneaded at 140°C or more, for example, using a vent type screw extruder. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition is obtained by fusion-kneading, with the thermoplastic resin, the waste gypsum powder prepared by heating waste gypsum and by regulating a ratio of gypsum dihydrate to be brought into 40 mass% or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
