<p>A method and system for transmitting a message include: receiving a message transmitted from a user; determining the idle bandwidth in the bandwidth allocated for the service type which each message belongs to; if the quantity of the idle bandwidth of the service type which a message belongs to is smaller than a threshold, selecting a predetermined quantity of bandwidth from the idle bandwidths of other service types to output the message. With the invention, the utilization ratio of network bandwidth resources is improved and better quality of service is provided to users.</p> |
