<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a machined product in injection molding using a mold having a plurality of cavities. <P>SOLUTION: An injection molding machine includes: an injection molding mold 4 having a plurality of cavities 26 filled with a molten resin injected and a plurality of molten resin channels 24 communicating with each cavity 26; a resin injection machine 6 which injects the molten resin formed by measuring/plasticizing a molten resin material into the injection molding mold 4; a molten resin channel opening/closing mechanism which opens/closes each molten resin channel 24 so that the molten resin injected by the resin injection machine 6 is injected in a selected cavity 26; and an injection molding controller 8 which controls the resin injection machine 6 to measure/plasticize the molten resin material in accordance with the amount to be injected into the selected cavity 26a per one injection, and controls the molten resin channel opening/closing mechanism so that the molten resin made by measuring/plasticizing the molten resin material in accordance with the amount to be injected into the selected cavity 26a per one injection, in the selected cavity 26a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
