<p>Apparatus (1) for - particularly therapeutic - exercising of the back, in particular lower back, comprising a frame (2), a first support (3) which is arranged on the frame and which supports a seat surface (3a) for a user, means (4) for setting the position and/or orientation of the first support in a chosen stationary position, a second support (5) for the lower back of the user, a load (12) to be grasped by the user and arranged on the frame (2) in a manner displaceable by the user in a training movement, wherein the apparatus (1) is further provided with fixation means (21, 22, 24a,b, 25, 26) for fixing the legs of the user relative to the first and/or second support, wherein the fixation means (21, 22, 24a,b, 25, 26) are suspended from the first support (3) and particularly form one movable whole with the seat surface (3a).</p> |
