PURPOSE: A planetary gear apparatus is provided to reduce the size and weight of an oil guide by uniting oil guide in the outer circumference of a carrier. CONSTITUTION: An input shaft(10) supplies oil. A pinion shaft(20) is installed in the outside of the input shaft. A carrier(30) interlinks the input shaft and pinion shaft. An oil guide(40) guides the movement of oil which is carried a movement route. An extrusion fixing unit is projected from the carrier and protects the oil guide. A supporting member is touched to the carrier. The extrusion fixing unit comprises a fixing protrusion which protects the edge of the oil guide and an attaching groove in which the edge is bent and inserted.
