<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a debug support device for achieving debug under the consideration of the transmission/reception of a control signal without connecting it with external equipment as a control object in case of developing a control application for controlling the external equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A debug support device 300 is provided with a signal transmission part 310 having a normal operation mode and a debug operation mode. In the normal operation mode, the signal transmission part 310 transmits an operation instruction to external equipment 280 to be transmitted from a management process 224 to the external equipment 280 as a control command to the external equipment 280, and transmits a response signal to be transmitted from the external equipment 280 to the management process 224 to the management process 224.
