<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station which allocates free resource efficiently to maximize throughput. <P>SOLUTION: A base station 200 gives a transmission opportunity to a mobile station in a service area in a predetermined length of time unit, and controls an uplink transmission speed by specifying power for a data transmission channel based on power ratio with a specific channel to which predetermined power control is performed. The base station 200 comprises a power measurement unit 212 which measures power of each channel which constitutes a received signal, and an EUL control unit 213 which calculates free resource based on received power of each channel and determines a power ratio of the data transmission channel on which the mobile station transmits to the specific channel based on a most-recently received data size from the mobile station to be given a transmission opportunity, free resource, required communication quality predetermined for each reception data size, and most-recently received power of the specific channel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
