<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for preventing flood below floor level that can enhance speed and stability of movement and allow ventilation function of an underfloor ventilation hole to recover promptly, as well. <P>SOLUTION: A structure 10 for preventing flood below floor level comprises: a water stop part 36 that is disposed in an underfloor ventilation hole 14 and, while securing an air passage R allowing air to circulate between building's underfloor space S1 and outer space S2, dams water flow from the outer space S2 through the underfloor ventilation hole 14 to the underfloor space S1; a float part 18a as a "buoyancy", which floats on the water dammed up by the water stop part 36; and a surface layer 18b as a "closing means", which fluid-tightly closes the air passage R when moved by buoyancy of the float part 18a (buoyancy body). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
