<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an organopolysiloxane compound which is uniformly dissolved in ethanol. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the organopolysiloxane compound wherein a poly (N-acylalkyleneimine) comprising repeating units represented by general formula (1) (wherein, R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is H, a 1 to 22C alkyl, aralkyl or aryl; and n is 2 or 3) is bound to an organopolysiloxane is characterized by including (a) a step of subjecting a cyclic imino ether compound to a ring-opening polymerization to prepare a terminal reactive poly (N-acylalkyleneimine) solution, and (b) a step of mixing and reacting a modified organopolysiloxane solution having one or more amino groups at the terminals and/or on one or more side chains of the molecular chain with the terminal reactive poly (N-acylalkyleneimine) solution obtained in the step (a) so that a solid content concentration in the mixture solution is 10 to 60 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
