<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handcart device with a seat for allowing an operator such as a parent to change the direction of a riding person on the seat, while keeping his/her operability good. <P>SOLUTION: The handcart device 1 with the seat includes wheel units having wheels, a seat unit 40 on which the riding person is seated, a handle 30 which a user operates, and frames 21, 22 supporting the wheel units, the seat unit and the handle. The wheel units consist of front wheel units 11 and rear wheel units 12. The handle is arranged on the rear wheel unit side.
