<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control method and unit of an apparatus having a permanent magnet, which are capable of providing a uniform and stable static magnetic field by the permanent magnet. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature control unit of the apparatus having a permanent magnet includes: magnet temperature measuring means for measuring a temperature of the permanent magnet at an N pole or S pole; N pole heating means for heating the N pole of the permanent magnet; S pole heating means for heating the S pole of the permanent magnet; and a temperature control section for controlling heating by the N pole heating means and the S pole heating means so that the temperature measured by the magnet temperature measuring means reaches a preset temperature of the permanent magnet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
