<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce or eliminate a residual tensile stress in folding parts 33, 33 constituting superimposing parts 31, 31 without performing annealing processing, so that damage of cracks or the like is hardly caused at the folding parts 33, 33. <P>SOLUTION: The superimposing parts 31, 31 are formed which have a pair of mutually superimposed flat plate parts 32a, 32b and folding parts 33, 33 for continuing edges of the flat plate parts 32a, 32b. Then, respective slopes 38a, 38b as width direction both edges of the folding parts 33, 33 are pressed in a direction to approach each other and in a direction toward the flat plate parts 32a, 32b, thus applying force in a compressing direction to both folding parts 33, 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
