PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to improve the outer appearance of a lighting device by covering an electric cord with a frame member. CONSTITUTION: A light guide plate(2) is made of floodlight materials. A light source(3) is arranged to face the side of the light guide plate. A frame member(4) receives the parts of the light guide plate and the light source. The frame member includes a light guide plate support unit, a first space unit, a light guide plate, a stopper unit and a second space unit. The light guide plate support unit slidably supports the light guide plate. The second space unit is connected to the first space unit.
