摘要 <p>Disclosed is a method for measuring a specific substance in a sample, in which ADP is generated by an enzymatic reaction using ATP. The method comprises the steps of: i) reacting ADP which is present as an impurity in ATP that serves as a reagent component with glucose, ADP-dependent hexokinase and a metal ion; ii) reacting glucose-6-phosphate that is produced in step i) with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and an NAD component; iii) reacting an NADH component produced in step ii) with pyruvic acid and lactate dehydrogenase to scavenge the NADH component, thereby removing ADP in ATP that serves as a reagent component (steps i) to iii) constitute an ADP removal reaction); iv) subjecting a specific substance in a sample to an enzymatic reaction using ATP which serves as a reagent component and from which ADP has been removed through the ADP removal reaction comprising steps i) to iii), thereby generating ADP; v) reacting ADP thus produced with glucose, ADP-dependent hexokinase and a metal ion; vi) reacting glucose-6-phosphate that is produced in step v) with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and an NAD(P) component; and vii) measuring the NAD(P)H component produced in step vi). Thus, the method for measuring the specific substance involves a specific substance measuring reaction for measuring the specific substance in the sample. The method enables the measurement of a specific substance that is present in a sample at a concentration falling within a broad concentration range correctly and with high efficiency.</p>
