<p>The invention relates to a battery unit which includes a plurality of electrical battery elements (12) stacked along a stacking axis and each including connecting electrodes (18, 20), spacers (22, 24) arranged axially between at least some of said connecting electrodes, and tie bolts (54) extending axially through cavities of the connection electrodes and spacers. The unit likewise includes end flanges (50, 52) engaging with the tie bolts in order to axially clamp together the connecting electrodes and the spacers, and resilient prestressing means engaging with at least one of the end flanges in order to exert axial resilient prestressing forces on the stacked connecting electrodes and spacers.</p> |
