A fork-shaped element (14) with lateral borders and slightly bent in the upper area (26) is accommodated in a similar element (12) with a longer and straight upper segment (24). The elements (12, 14) are joined with a bolt (20) guided through their centers and provided with a rounded head acting as a ball joint in combination with a bearing designed as a recess in the outer element (12). A second bolt (22) with a hollow shaft and a spherical head is pushed over the shaft of the first bolt (20), the head inserted into a matching recess in the front element (14).
