PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance efficiency of storage and transport of a curved plate, which is thin, easily bent, and has irregular cross-section, to stably pack it, and to prevent deformation and damage during storage and transport.SOLUTION: Both ends of a curved plate 9 are inserted into and supported in the holding recesses 31 and 36 of a pair of opposite side holding members 2 and 4 and also the middle portion 97 of the heavier end of the curved plate is inserted into the support recess 54 of an auxiliary support member 5. The thus supported curved plate 9 is packed as one set. On the side holding members 2 and 4 and auxiliary support member 5 of the one set, the side holding member 2 and 4 and auxiliary support member 5 of another set packing another curved plate 9 is placed in layers such that the side holding members 2 and 4 are displaced by a predetermined length in the lengthwise direction of the members 2 and 4. |
