PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light shielding blade for an optical apparatus capable of surely improving planarity.SOLUTION: Regarding the light shielding blade B for the optical apparatus, carbon fibers can be arranged along a flat part 10 upon molding, accordingly, a matrix resin in the light shielding blade B for an optical apparatus is made to be uniform, and the residual resin in the light shielding blade B for an optical apparatus is pressed to pass through projections 3. In this case, the carbon fibers do not enter the projections 3, only the matrix resin enters the projections, and thus, the extra matrix resin remaining in the light shielding blade B for the optical apparatus can be reduced as much as possible. Consequently, the warp of the light shielding blade B for an optical apparatus is reduced to a desired level, and the planarity of the light shielding blade B for the optical apparatus is surely improved. Besides, when the light shielding blade B for the optical apparatus is used as a shutter blade or a diaphragm blade, the light shielding blade B for the optical apparatus slides in such a state that point-contact is surely performed by the dome-like projection parts 3, and then, the slide performance of the blade is also improved by the use of the projections 3 formed to reduce the warp. |
