The automatic dispenser for metered sprinkling of bulk materials to two-dimensional food, in which a bulk material receiving hopper (1) with a dosing tube (2) is portioned by a pneumatic pulse in combination with assemblies bound together, is claimed, where the dosing tube horizontally at an outlet of the bulk material receiving hopper is connected with a proximity sensor to a programmable controller (4) and solenoid valves (5) free-flowing bulk materials, which above these a transport device is arranged for a food to be sprinkled, where the dosing tube consists of a horizontal section (21), in which the discharge of bulk material receiving hopper is enclosed in such a way that a lower opening of the bulk material receiving hopper leads into a feed pipe; the horizontal section of the dosing tube is closed at one end and passes at the other end through an arc in a vertical section, which flows into a turbulence chamber (6); a device is arranged near the lower opening of the bulk material receiving hopper, where the device is transported by an air pressure pulse, a measured quantity of the bulk material to the turbulence chamber; an element is arranged within the bulk material receiving hopper, where the element is prevented by the construction of bridges in the bulk material; and a control system is provided, which opens in dependence with a sensor attached to the transport device, solenoid valves, when the food reaches a predetermined position below the turbulence chamber. The device arranged near the lower opening of the bulk material receiving hopper is transported by an air pulse, a measured quantity of the bulk material to the turbulence chamber, and an air nozzle extends in the closed end of the dosing tube, where the air nozzle is connected over an air line and the solenoid valve with a compressed air source. An ejector is arranged in the dosing tube before the opening of the bulk material receiving hopper, where the ejector is connected via an air line and the solenoid valve with a compressed air source. The turbulence chamber is a widening of the dosing tube at its lower end, to project into one or more air nozzles, which are connected over an air line and the solenoid valve with the compressed air source. The air nozzles are tangentially or radially introduced into the turbulence chamber, so that the air jet swirls against each other. The turbulence chamber is formed as an annular ejector. The element is a stirrer, which is turned on by the control system, when the evidences for the bridge formation in the bulk material receiving hopper are indicated by corresponding sensors. An air inlet is arranged in the dosing tube below the opening of the bulk material receiving hopper, where the air inlet is connected over an air line and the solenoid valve with the compressed air source, where the solenoid valve is also connected over a line with the control system, which generates an opening pulse, when the evidences for the bridge formation in the bulk material receiving hopper are indicated by corresponding sensors. The sensor is a photoelectric barrier attached in the dosing tube. The two-dimensional food is pizzas and the bulk spices.</p>
