PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror surface sheet with a protective film and a method of manufacturing the same excellent in hardness, transparency, rub resistance, chemical resistance, and heat resistance, and excellent in productivity, and capable of maintaining a mirror surface for a long time.SOLUTION: An ultraviolet curable paint 8, in which at least one compound of an isocyanate compound 2 and a hydroxy compound 3 contains an unsaturated urethane compound having an unsaturated bond, contains 0.5-3 wt.% of an antistatic agent 6, and 0.5-3 wt.% of an unsaturated polyester resin 7 in 100 wt.%. A sheet 10 with a film is obtained by applying it to a transparent synthetic resin sheet 9 so that its application thickness is within 8 μm ±1 μm to perform UV curing, and the obtained sheet 10 with the film is laminated on a mirror surface layer side of a mirror surface sheet having a mirror surface layer formed by vacuum-depositing aluminum on a synthetic resin sheet having a smooth surface, and thus, the mirror surface sheet 1 with the protective film can be achieved, which has excellent abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, resistance to ultraviolet radiation, transparency, and noninflammability. |
