PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic field light-emitting element suppressing a change in chromaticity during a change in current density and improving light emission efficiency and durability.SOLUTION: In the organic field light-emitting element including at least a light-emitting layer between an anode and a cathode, the organic field light-emitting element is such that the light-emitting layer includes two or more types of light-emitting materials each having a different light-emitting wavelength peak, a concentration ratio [(B/A)×100] of concentration B of light-emitting material having a long wavelength side peak to concentration A of light-emitting material having a short wavelength side peak is gradually increased with approach to the cathode, and the concentration ratio [(B/A)×100] is not higher than 10%. |
