PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control valve retaining a diaphragm valve element by stable sealing force with no increase in cost.SOLUTION: In a chemical valve, the inner seal portion 35 of a body 30 includes a body-side tapered surface 35a inclined with respect to the axis AX of the chemical valve, and the periphery fixing portion 45 of the diaphragm valve element 40 has a valve element-side tapered surface 45a inclined with respect to the axis AX of the chemical valve 1. When a projecting portion 46 is pressure-fitted in a pressure-fitting groove and the valve element-side tapered surface 45a and body-side tapered surface 35a are brought into close contact with each other, the periphery fixing portion 45 is sandwiched between an actuator portion and the body 30 with the inner seal portion 35 push-pressed outward of the diameter of the axis center AX of the chemical valve. |
