PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide further energy-saved sludge carbonized product production equipment.SOLUTION: The sludge carbonized product production equipment includes a drying furnace 101 and a carbonization furnace 102 which are serially arranged, and performs carbonization treatment while keeping the inside of the carbonization furnace 102 at a low oxygen atmosphere. In the sludge carbonized product production equipment, easily combustible carbonization furnace exhaust gas generated in the carbonization furnace 102 is introduced to a secondary combustion chamber 104 and burnt at a high temperature by feeding secondary combustion air, the combustion chamber exhaust gas is introduced into the drying furnace 101 to dry the sludge and the dry sludge is carbonized in the carbonization furnace 102, the drying furnace exhaust gas from the drying furnace 101 is introduced into the second combustion chamber 104 to be deodorized, thus, dispensing with fuel for carbonization and drying in the continuous operation. Also, by dividing the flow of the drying furnace exhaust gas from the drying furnace 101 into the secondary combustion chamber 104 and a cooling chamber 109, the drying furnace exhaust gas introduced into the cooling chamber 109 is exposed to the high-temperature combustion chamber exhaust gas, or heated to a high temperature by a combustion burner 117 set in the cooling chamber 109 and deodorized. |
