<p>Crosslinked elastomer comprises a first phase (A) made of at least one thermoplastic polymer; a second phase (B) made of at least one two-component liquid silicone elastomer (B1 and B2) crosslinked by hydrosilylation and a compatibilizing system (C) of the phases, where the system comprises: at least one polymer (C1) comprising e.g. grafted polyolefins; and polyorganosiloxane (C2) having silicon hydride group, where the elastomer forms a homogenous dispersion of the first and second phases obtained by reactive extrusion with at least the second phase which is continuous. Crosslinked elastomer having thermoplastic transformation, comprises: a first phase (A) made of at least one thermoplastic polymer; a second phase (B) made of at least one two-component liquid silicone elastomer (B1 and B2) crosslinked by hydrosilylation and a compatibilizing system (C) of the phases, where the system comprises: at least one polymer (C1) comprising grafted polyolefins, terpolymers having poly(vinyl aromatic-diene-conjugated methyl methacrylate) block, terpolymers having poly(methacrylate of methyl-acrylate of methyl alkyl methacrylate), ethylene-(meth)acrylate of alkyl-acrylic acid terpolymer, and polymer obtained from at least one glycidyl ester such as ethylene-(meth)acrylate-glycidyl(meth)acrylate terpolymer; and polyorganosiloxane (C2) having silicon hydride group, where the elastomer forms a homogenous dispersion of the first and second phases obtained by reactive extrusion with at least the second phase which is continuous. An independent claim is included for the preparation of the crosslinked elastomer having thermoplastic transformation comprising reactive extrusion, implemented in at least one pass in a twin-screw extruder, a mixture comprising the first and second phases (A and B) and the compatibilizing system (C).</p> |
