The plier has plier jaws (1, 2) connected with each other by a hinge, and a crushed concrete region and a cutting region that are arranged in a frame body (6). Cutting edges are attached to lateral regions of the plier jaws and provided with a bend. A convex surface is formed in a receiving pocket arranged corresponding to a support surface and a concave surface to form the cutting edges with side surfaces lie in perpendicular to a pivotal axis (4). An interrupted section of one of the cutting edges is formed from separate cutting elements (17, 17a).
