PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that initialization of the whole motion control system is delayed in a period during which transmission/reception arrangements repeatedly interfere with each other.SOLUTION: Servo control devices and a motion control system are configured as follows. A straight cable is selected as a communication cable 4 while making a first communication unit 106 as MDI connection and a second communication unit 107 as MDI-X connection. In that case, when a main power supply is turned on and a power supply of each servo control device 1 is simultaneously turned on, it can prevent the occurrence of interference between a transmission/reception pair when the servo control devices 1 are connected to each other.
