PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shrinkable resin tube with few abrasion scars in manufacturing and a rotator for an image forming apparatus using the heat shrinkable resin tube.SOLUTION: The heat shrinkable resin tube is used to form a resin layer on a rotator for an image forming unit such as a charging roller, a developing roller and a transfer roller, and on a rotator for supporting and a rotator for paper ejection in an image forming apparatus. The maximum depth of a linear scar on the surface of the heat shrinkable resin tube is ≤0.8 μm. In addition, in one embodiment, the length of the linear scar is ≤1 mm and the thickness of the resin tube is ≤100 μm.
