摘要 The invention relates to a manufacturing method for hollow components using a tubular film (1) and a mould (3) having the following steps: feeding a plastic material in the area of an inner surface (4a, 4b) of the mould (3), conforming the material to the inner surface (4a, 4b) of the mould (3), feeding a tubular film (1) into the mould (3) so that the material is positioned between an outer surface of the tubular film (1) and the mould (3), expanding the tubular film (1) using pressure and/or a vacuum, applying a pressure (p) above atmospheric pressure and/or heating the mould so that the material is partly or completely melted and is adapted to conform to an inner contour of the mould (3) and an outer contour of the expanded tubular film (1). For this, the tubular film (1) is shaped before it is fed into the mould (3) such that its contour in a sectional plane perpendicular to its longitudinal extension is furnished with a plurality of recesses (E) distributed about its circumference and extending in the direction of its longitudinal extension. The invention further relates to a tubular film (1) and a method for manufacturing the same.
